  My partner and I had lunch again today at Bubba's.  I usually have a burger but today I was in a salad mood.  The Barbeque Pulled Chicken Salad was out of this world.  It was loaded with lots of yummy stuff and tons of pulled chicken.  
  
  Lately I've had salads that were pre-prepared sitting for hours in a cooler.  Misery.
  
  I asked Mindy if they could do it chopped and tossed, the way I like it; she said that's already the way they prepare it.  Happiness.

  Okay, the food is Really good! So no question, I won't penalize a good food restaurant with less stars because of the costumer service. I order online and one of the items was missing, I call to the restaurant and the front desk lady at the phone was not too friendly when I explained that an item was missing, she referred me with the third party delivery company (which they, very friendly, helped me to resolve the issue)
  
  I completely understand that the restaurant it might not have been the responsible of the problem, but a little empathy it would be highly appreciated; and not have a dry answer like: "sorry not our problem, resolve it with grubhub". Just improve on the costumer service part on the phone... and you will keep getting 5 stars every time!

  Great place for food , Happy Hour, is excellent people are friendly

  Well, I am speechless and have no idea what to say. After a long day of exploring Palm Springs, I was really looking forward to having some BBQ for delivery and was excited due to the rave reviews.
  
  First off, they miss out completely on one of my orders. We had order for a group of 6, and it must have been some crazy oversight to miss an entire whole order. We were missing an entire order of a 2 meat plate and we even paid extra to upgrade to chorizo mac and cheese. Unfortunately, a member of our party had to starve. This was quite unfortunate.
  
  Second, please see attached for the "salad" we ordered. It should be self explanatory, but it just seems like a head of lettuce with some dressing and topping for 10 bucks.
  
  Third, we had members in our group with severe allergic reaction to cheese. We specifically asked to have the cheese be put on the side, so those who wanted cheese could have some without making the entire sidewider fries dish inedible. The best part was that they gave us extra cheese on the side.
  
  The restaurant did not pick up when we tried calling them. Would not recommend, would give zero stars if possible.
